Introducing the NOC Agent: Smarter & Faster Diagnostics for Charge Sessions

We’re excited to announce the release of the NOC Agent - Monta’s first AI-powered diagnostic tool, built directly into Monta Control 2.0.
What is the NOC Agent?
The Network Operations Center (NOC) Agent, powered by Monta AI, automatically analyses charging sessions to identify problems and recommend solutions. What once required hours of manual investigation now takes just seconds.
By reading OCPP logs and cross-referencing 10+ data sources - including payment records, hardware specifications, and user feedback - the NOC Agent can:
- Diagnose failed or problematic charging sessions.
- Pinpoint the root cause of errors while filtering out false alarms.
- Translate complex error codes into plain-English explanations.
- Recommend clear next steps, such as firmware updates or configuration changes.

The NOC Agent turns complex, technical diagnostics into simple, actionable insights. This means network operators can:

How to Access the NOC Agent
- For customers: In Monta Control go to Charge Sessions → Logs → Select a session, and click the AI analysis icon in the top-right corner.
- For testing/demo: Visit https://noc-agent-demo.monta.app, click Start Analyzing, and either try the demo logs or upload your own logs.

Early Preview: Monta Control 2.0
As part of this launch, you will see an early preview of Monta Control version 2.0. This new version introduces a redesigned experience for managing and diagnosing charge points, starting with the integration of the NOC Agent.
We’re eager to gather your feedback to help us shape the final product. A broader release of Monta Control 2.0 will follow later this year, bringing additional improvements and new functionality.
