Release: October 1st, 2025 (it was enabled mid-day on Sept 30th)

We’re introducing Sequential Numbering to our receipts as of October 1st, 2025.

How it works

• Each Seller (defined per Wallet) will have its own sequence.

• Every time you sell something, the receipt will use the sequence tied to the selling Wallet.

• A sequence number is assigned to each transaction in real time, ensuring no gaps and ensuring chronological order.

The sequence format:

• It will be constructed according to the following logic: WALLET ID + DOCUMENT TYPE + YEAR + MONTH + SEQUENCE
• Example: 19283-S-2025-09-1

Document type abbreviations

• S → Sales receipts

• RF → Refund receipts

• NS → Non-sales receipts (e.g. home reimbursements, operator transactions, transfers)

The current receipt number will be renamed to Transaction ID.
