We’re introducing the new Charge Point Status Monitor in Hub (previously known as Charge Point Tiles). This feature gives operators and team owners a clear, real-time view of their team’s charge points and their current statuses.

What’s new

From any team page, you’ll be able to open the Status Monitor from the dropdown menu to:

• View a grid of color-coded charge point tiles to spot changes and detect issues in real time
• See live updates that refresh automatically every 60 seconds
• Filter to focus on the statuses that matter most
• Group by status to understand network distribution at a glance
• Turn on a public link to show the overview on shared screens for passive monitoring
• Hover over a charge point to see details, including time spent in the current status
• Click a charge point to dive deeper into its details and settings

Why it matters

Operations teams need a clear, up-to-date picture of their network’s health. The new Status Monitor turns complex system data into a live, visual overview that helps teams detect issues faster, communicate more clearly, and maintain uptime with confidence.
